Liquidity DOC

Firefly is hosting a liquidity provider competition that will award 17.5% of the total supply of $FLY tokens (17.5 million tokens) to users.

The Liquidity DOC will be broken up into two phases.

• "New Illumination"

  • 7.5% of the total supply of tokens will be awarded for those who provide liquidity over a period of one month. Your share of $FLY tokens will be awarded according to your share of the liquidity over this period.

• "Under the Sea"

  • 10% of total supply of tokens will be distributed in a subsequent liquidity provision event that will follow Phase 1 and last 30 days (event period), followed by a 39 hold period (maintenance period).

• Eligible Pools

  • Any combination of: MANTA, ETH, USDC, wUSDM, STONE, wBTC, USDT, FLY, TIA, Lab.M, stMANTA. (coming soon: ZERO).

  • wUSDM, STONE, or ETH combined with any of the following: ASM, GAI, GOK, MaticX .

  • Any combination of: ETH, Stone, weETH, wstETH, rETH .

• Multipliers

  • The following multipliers apply for our liquidity airdrop:

    • 1.5x multiplier for Manta, stManta, vManta, mETH, mBTC, mUSD, USDM, Tia (Celestia)

    • 1.25x multiplier for STONE

Points are accrued based on the amount of your liquidity relative to cumulative liquidity. We conduct snapshots are taking at intermittent intervals gauging the user's liquidity contribution.

In Firefly, we are building a premier Modular DEX that we expect to be a leading Dapp on Manta Pacific. We are a team with a high-tech background in companies like Amazon and Twitter, intending to bring best practices to the table and construct an exchange that's built to last. While we reward early liquidity providers, we reward even further LP's who stay for the long haul.

We offer LP's power tools such as concentrated liquidity to optimize your APRs; we trust we will have the best APRs on Manta. It only makes sense to "set and forget" your pool liquidity on Firefly.

Notes

• We will conduct random snapshots of your TVL against the value of all the TVL on the platform.

• After points accumulate over a DOC season (ie: "New Illumination"), there will be a 1-2 week period afterwards where the project applies anti-sybil rules, detects improper self-referral, and checks for accuracy. Initial points total may change as a result when the Official points total is tabulated.

• Points can only be claimed after the $FLY TGE has taken place. (the $FLY TGE will take place before the firefly DOC concludes)

• Once points accumulated can be claimed and are, points will convert to $FLY tokens over a 6 month period.

• Point Penalties may also apply. For example, for self-referral.

• Points must be claimed with 30 days of when they are available to be claimed. If not, they will be converted to $FLY tokens and returned to the Project Development Fund.

• Pools may be added or removed.

• Reward tokens not claimed within 3 months of the end of the token conversion period will be returned to the Project Development Fund account for maintenance and enhancement of Firefly, under the team's discretion.

• Firefly reserves the right to add multipliers or subtractors to any pool; meaning points earned will be higher or lower based on the multiples/subtractors applied to the pool.
